Photo design

This image was taken in natural light to show the original vibrant colours and main textures of the kayak on the beach. I used close-ups of the kayaks throughout the image to give a powerful impact and to give the whole image a warm tone, giving it a relaxed, summer feel. In my initial coloring of my photos I toned down one bright and one dark colour, I felt the brighter feel was more appropriate in the summer, the one that was too dark looked bad for the weather and I didn't think anyone would want rain while at the beach so I chose the brighter colour as my poster image.
